Terms of Service
DRAFT for review by a lawyer before launch. Replace [bracketed] items.
1. Who we are
TenderAxiom is a trading name of Richard G. Prouse, a sole trader based in New Zealand ("we", "us"). Postal address: [address]. Contact: [email address].
2. What the service does
TenderAxiom compares the claims in documents you upload with the evidence you provide and reports differences. It also lists requirements and procedural rules found in a solicitation. It is a checking aid. It does not write proposals, give legal advice, or guarantee that a proposal is compliant, accurate or successful.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the evidence you provide, for every document you submit to any buyer, and for having a person in your organisation review and approve each submission. You must not upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data (including data controlled under ITAR or EAR), or content you have no right to share. The service is operated from outside the United States.
4. Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before payment. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Prepaid check codes are valid for 12 months. If a paid Bid Check fails to deliver a report, we will refund it in full.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in your content. We process it only to provide the service, delete uploaded documents after processing, and never use your content to train AI models.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits or indirect losses.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the date of the latest version here. Contact: [email address]. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
