TenderAxiom is a trading name of Richard G. Prouse, a sole trader based in New Zealand. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect
Your email address; order and payment records (payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us); the summary counts of each report; and, temporarily, the documents you upload.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, to send the free compliance matrix you requested, and to send occasional emails about TenderAxiom, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link.
Documents
Uploaded documents are processed to produce your report and then deleted. Uploads for checks that are never paid for are deleted within 24 hours.
Service providers
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database), Google (AI processing on paid-tier terms) and [hosting provider]. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email address].
